I was recommended to Kim by a fellow called Occy, who had a diving operation virtually on the water in Bunbury who was closed over the Xmas and New Year period. He gave me Kim’s number, I called him and he arranged to dive a wreck which we discussed. He bought his boat over and off we went. I have dived over 1,000 times in all the world’s oceans, with both dry and wet suits, preferring wrecks nowadays to fishes and have dived the wrecks of Truk Lagoon and many other famous wreck sites, so have vast experience. I am TDI licenced for 100% O2 and for Accelerated Decompression. I actually dived with Kim who was a great Divemaster and Boat Captain. He is a mine of information and a very interesting bloke. When on board he made me feel comfortable right away, discussing the dive and many others I must add and all in all I have a great day’s diving. I even bought his T shirt! Kim kept in touch with me and even mailed me some photo’s as a memento of the day. I plan to return to Aus. for the third time winter 2012/13 and plan to look Kim up for another memorable day.

Always a good day out on Cross Country with Kim. Great to book the whole boat for the Underwater Explorer’s Club of WA. We are always well looked after and happy to support one of our ex-members. The Lena is a great wreck dive, within the capabilities of most divers and there are some other interesting dive sites along the Bunbury coastline.

Wow, we had dived the Swan in Busselton and had pretty low expectations about the Lena, but Kim really opened our eyes up to the amazing ecosystem developing on the Lena. Two dives at the price they offered was by far the best value diving experience we have had yet! I can recommend to anyone seeking a dive tour run by divers for divers!

I had a really great time while diving with Octopus in Bunbury, the skipper even raised the Swiss flag on the boat ! The crew was professional and particularly nice, everything was perfect and we even had some delicious cookies on board ! I would recommend it without any hesitation for all passionates!

I dived with Octopus Garden on a number of occasions. The vessel is an excellent dive platform and we always have a great day out. Kim certainly knows his sites and can usually summon up a pod of dolphins to frolic with the boat on the way back to harbour.

Have been diving with Kim and his crew a couple of times on my trips to Oz. Always enjoy the day to the wreck and the reefs Kim has discovered over the years. It’s great to have these sites to ourselves and get shown “home” by the dolphins. It’s all so close to Perth, great diving for all levels and a friendly relaxed crew make it a great trip.
